Product Terms of Use
CLASSROOM USE vs. COMMERCIAL USE
If you are teaching a for-profit class (i.e. a private teacher, contract work with multiple districts, Outschool), that would be considered commercial use and NO, you may not use the material without contacting me about a special license. I will refer to this situation as “commercial use” or “for-profit use” going forward.
If you are teaching a class to the students you are assigned as a part of a standard teaching contract with a private or public school district, that is considered classroom use and YES, you may use the materials without a special license. I will refer to this as “standard teaching contract use” going forward.
Under no circumstances shall my materials be re-sold to other teachers for use with their students. (i.e. you buy the Marching Band Leadership Training Bundle and repackage it for other teachers in your district or as part of a teacher-training course).
WHAT DOES ONE LICENSE ALLOW YOU TO DO?
Downloading your digital purchases entitles you to a license to use the file for non-commercial, non-profit purposes in one classroom only. You make as many copies as you need for your standard teaching contract use. Commercial use is NOT allowed without contacting me about a special license.
Downloading your digital purchases entitles you to a license to use the file for non-commercial, non-profit purposes in one classroom only. If you are a traveling teacher and have more than one classroom you may use it for each of your classrooms. You may edit this project for your own needs but you may not share any part of this product without permission.
If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization (non-profit, school system, department, etc.), you must have a license for each teacher using the product. You may contact me at [email protected] to discuss multiple license discounts.
If your school purchases materials, and you move to a different school, you will need a new license for your new school. If you purchase the items individually with your own funds, the license belongs to you. If your school purchases a license for an item and you plan to use it in private tutoring/lessons, you need a second license for this purpose.
You may not sell or re-sell physical copies of this digital item including but not limited to printing, binding, laminating, DVDs, CDs, jump drives, etc. Doing so is a violation of federal and state copyright laws.
You may not use my products as a template to create other products for commercial use. Creating for personal use is allowed. Non-profit organizations do NOT count as personal use.

TEACHING DIGITALLY
Again, if you are teaching in a for-profit situation (i.e. private lessons or contract work outside of the scope of a normal teaching contract with a public or private school system) then you may NOT use my materials without contacting me about special licensing.
